Calling all adventure enthusiasts and families looking for some outdoor fun!  This is your chance to experience the thrill of paddling on the water in the serene backdrop of nature. It's the perfect way to bond with your loved ones and enjoy a fantastic Sunday morning together.
 Health Benefits: Full-body workout, engaging muscles in the arms, shoulders, back, and core. These activities also improve cardiovascular fitness, enhance balance and coordination, reduce stress, and offer a low-impact exercise option that is gentle on the joints, contributing to overall physical and mental well-being.
