It's been a fantastic journey, and we're thrilled to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the ZFit Breakfast Challenge! ???? Inspired by Dr. Chaterjee's 'Feel Better, Live More' podcast, this challenge has transformed mornings for many, including myself.

Why 2025?

My five minutes of movement range from walks to combining the 'ZFit Tools' or simply chasing my crazy kitten around the house. Intrigued by the science behind it, I delved into research, discovering studies, including one cited in the National Institutes of Health in October 2021 and a Hong Kong University study, supporting the idea that morning movers experience a more efficient sleep cycle.

How It Works:

1️ Choose 2 Movements:

  • Select 1 upper body and 1 lower body movement from our awesome list of 10. Dedicate the time it takes to brew your morning coffee or tea to complete them. It's just a few minutes, but the benefits will last all day. Let's move and groove! ????????

2️ Mindful Breathing:

  • Dive into the world of mindful breathing. Spend at least 1 minute engaging in our calming breathing exercises. It's a perfect way to set a positive tone for the day ahead. ????️????‍♂️
